Swimming pool & Gym
Right in front of the hotel, just 50 meters from it, is the "OLIMPUS" Sports Center. All the guests of Hotel S. CATERINA can use the following sporting facilities free of charge:
"Nettuno" Swimming Pools:
with a 50 m long Olympic-size swimming pool, a 25 m long indoor swimming pool, pools for diving with springboards and platforms, children swimming pool, animation, and miniclub.
"Athena" Gym:
for aerobics and step aerobics, with super floating 3b flex parquet floor.
"Marte" Gym:
for body building and cardio-fitness with top equipment, such as digitally controlled rowing machines, treadmill runner with step counter and effort meter, weight lifting equipment, and much more.

Here are some examples of the activities you can do:
G.A.G.:
specific exercises for legs, abdominals, and buttocks.
FOOTING BOXING:
a mix of martial arts, boxing and aerobics.
BODY FIT:
rhythmic muscle toning at intervals, also with the use of apparatuses.
GYM SENIOR:
general exercises focusing on strengthening, elasticity, balance, and coordination.
ACQUA GYM:
toning activities done inside the water with the use of small apparatuses, with exercises of different duration and body phases.
STRETCHING:
exercises including postural gymnastics, articular mobility, and elasticity.
Moreover, the "Apollo e Venere" Wellness Center provides the following services:
sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool bath, tanning center, massages including partial and total lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, anti cellulitis and toning treatments, and many other personalized beauty treatments, all of which at very favorable prices.
